About Me

My name is Travis. I am born and raised in a small town and moved to a big city for more opportunity. The transition coming from a small town to a large city was easy for me because I love big cities and many different types of people. I am studying Computer Software Technology at Ashford University. I am gaining my degree in Computer Software Technology to be a Software Engineer.

Before starting my path to become a Software Engineer, I received my CompTIA A+ certification.  I self-studied for about 6 months before taking the difficult exam.  The A+ certification shows my qualified credentials for technical support and IT operational roles.  This gave me a knowledge of computer ends and outs to begin my career in computers.  

I began to change my route to software development after I started learning Python programming language.  I fell in love with coding programs and everything that software development has to offer.  Computer programming gives computers instructions perform task.  This is the start of the computers journey of doing all the things that we enjoy.  

When computers became regularly available when I was a child, I immediately fell in love with everything they had to offer.  When I was not playing games on the computer, I would find myself looking around at different places in computer that were not the basics.  I began to see how great computer were.  At 33 years of age I finally will start a career in different aspects of computer development and repair.
